In these terms and conditions the expressions “we”, “us” and “our” are intended to refer to Crystal Tree Ltd (a company incorporated in Scotland with limited liability with Companies Registration Office number SC457475 and having its registered office at 11 Alva Street, Edinburgh, EH2 4PH, UK) which is the owner and operator of this website and “you” is intended to refer to any person visiting or using the website and purchasing our services.

The services and facilities which we make available to visitors to our website are offered on the clear understanding that the following terms and conditions apply in all cases. 1) The information provided on this website and via our services is for general information purposes only. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the accuracy of the information provided. In the event that you do rely on any such information for any purpose whatsoever this will be at your sole risk and no liability of any kind will accrue to us as a consequence of such reliance.
2) If you sign up for any of the Lifestyle Pivoting services you will be offered one of the following payment options
- Pay in instalments
- Pay upfront (carries 15% discount)
Once paid none of the fees or any part of the fees are refundable. If you are paying by instalment, once signed up for a particular service all payments are payable in full in all cases with no exceptions.
3) All payments are accepted and processed using the secure Stripe Payment Processor and are taken in the currency GBP.
4) You have the right to cancel your purchase of any of our services within 14 days of signing up. Any payment you have made at that point will be refunded in full back to the credit/debit card with which you made the purchase. Please note your access to the services will be terminated when you cancel and any downloading of content or copying of content and materials will not be permitted.

5) We always want the best for our clients and give 100% support in helping them achieve results. We have an incredible track record, however we cannot guarantee that you or any participant will achieve any specific outcomes as a result of using any of our services. Our programmes are tried and tested and we are confident you will achieve the desired results provided you do the work contained in the programme.
6) You agree to take personal responsibility for the results of your actions. You further agree to take full responsibility for any harm or damage you suffer as a result of the use, or non-use, of the information available on this website or in the resources made available to you during execution of the services.
7) You acknowledge that use of Lifestyle Pivoting services does not involve diagnosis or treatment of mental or physical health conditions and that coaching offered is not to be used as a substitute for counselling, psychotherapy, psychoanalysis, medical care or other qualified therapist and it is your responsibility to seek such independent professional support as needed. We shall not be held liable or responsible for any errors or omissions on this website or for any damage you may suffer as a result of failing to seek competent advice from a professional who is familiar with your situation.

We and you both agree not to disclose, reveal or make use of any Confidential Information obtained from the other for any purpose other than for delivery of the services.
